1. Return policy

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return any item that does not suit you. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


2. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you send your return via a trackable delivery service as Sadde is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached. Any item returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded or exchanged.


4. Exceptions.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items (stockings) cannot be returned. Please be sure to select your size and model before completing your purchase.

5. Reimbursement Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund may take between a week and 14 days to process.
